Po has extensive experience advising clients in highly complex and fast-moving financings. He has over thirteen years of experience in banking / private equity finance and is an alum of two large international law firms, having spent over two years at White & Case LLP’s banking group in New York and over six years at Latham & Watkins LLP’s private equity finance group in Washington, D.C. During his career, Po has worked on loans ranging from small SBA-guaranteed loans to deals involving bank debt in excess of $18 billion, and everything in between.
